From there, the most appropriate cognitive tests for the operator’s activities are recommended.
Every day, before the start of their work shifts, operators perform a 3-minute test.
The test estimates and evaluates the current condition of the operator's cognitive readiness, checking whether it is within the parameters established for the good performance of their functions.
Once ready, the operator follows his routine. If it is outside the parameters, he and his manager are informed and guided according to the company's safety policies.
This proactive approach aims to avoid exposing operators to risky situations, potentially saving lives and promoting safer working environments.
